The house is very spacious and is rented in its entirety, ideal for holidays for groups of friends or families of up to 14 people, where you can relax in a calm and peaceful environment, next to the Roche Pine Forests and 900 meters from Cala del Aceite, and close to the leisure and entertainment spots of Conil.
The house has three sections. The main area consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the upper level of this section, there is an apartment with one bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. On the sides forming a U-shape, there are two identical apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and a living area that has been converted into a bedroom.
In the central area, between the three sections, there is a garden that provides access to the private pool, and also houses the barbecue. At the rear of each section, there is an independent garden for each.
In summary, the villa has 8 rooms, 7 of which are bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a huge sun terrace, a central garden with a barbecue that leads to the private pool, 3 individual rear gardens, all on a 760 m2 plot with a 250 m2 building.
As the villa is rented in its entirety, guests can make use of all the services and areas it offers.

Independent apartment on the second floor of the house, accessible from the central courtyard stairs, for 2 people.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people.
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom.
Large sun terrace.
C) MAR APARTMENT
Independent apartment for 4 people consisting of:
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160 cm) for 2 people.
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people.
Kitchen
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom, which is fully adapted for use by people with reduced mobility and especially for wheelchair users, with accessible shower and all toilets.
Covered porch: At the rear of the house, next to the garden area.
D) TIERRA APARTMENT
Independent apartment for 4 people consisting of:
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed (160 cm) for 2 people.
Bedroom 7: 2 single beds (90 cm) for 2 people.
Kitchen
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom.
Covered porch: At the rear of the house, next to the garden area.
OUTDOOR AREAS ON THE PROPERTY
A) CENTRAL COURTYARD
This is the most important area of the entire accommodation, as it is the common meeting place for all members of the group. It houses the barbecue and the gazebo or dining area for the group. The pool is also accessed from this courtyard.
B) PRIVATE POOL
The pool has the advantage of being separated, as it is located in an enclosed area with a latch for the safety of young children, to prevent them from entering accidentally.
C) GARDEN AREA
At the rear of the house, there is a large lawn area with a beautiful perimeter garden.
D) PARKING
The villa has 4 parking spaces, 2 of which are within the property, accessed through a separate gate, and the other 2 spaces, also for the exclusive use of the house, are located in front of the pedestrian entrance to the property.
SURROUNDINGS
The villa is located in the Dehesa de Roche, behind the Venta del Cabo Roche, on Carretera del Puerto, 900 meters from Cala del Aceite beach, which can be safely walked to from the villa. It is 1.5 km from the marina and fishing port with its fish market, 2 km from the lighthouse and the Roche cliffs, where its beautiful coves are located, which can also be reached on foot, and about 5 km from the center of Conil de la Frontera. Cadiz is about 35 km away by motorway.
The villa's surroundings are spectacular, being located next to the beautiful Mediterranean pine forest.
Conil de la Frontera is a beautiful fishing village bathed by the waters of the Strait, surrounded by pine forests and luminous skies. With excellent tourist value, it boasts over 14 kilometers of coastline, with beautiful white sand beaches alternating with secluded coves and majestic cliffs, constituting one of the most beautiful coastlines in Andalusia. Added to this is the charm of the complete absence of construction on its shores, which has contributed to its preservation in a pristine state. Its pretty town center is situated on the slope of a hill, 31 meters above sea level, at the mouth of the Salado River. Its whitewashed houses and charming narrow streets gently slope towards the coast, inviting you to get lost in its corners to discover the treasures hidden within this seaside town.
For all these reasons, the coast of Conil is a true paradise. To the south, it has extensive virgin beaches of fine golden sand. To the north, majestic cliffs of great beauty, which contain a precious geological treasure, interesting fossils from millions of years ago. The cliffs begin at Fuente del Gallo beach and extend to the neighboring town of Chiclana de la Frontera.
During the day, you can enjoy the impressive spectacle of the fabulous waters of the Strait of Gibraltar and glimpse the African coast. From the Fuente del Gallo viewpoint towards the Strait, it is a symbolic bridge uniting our two continents, Europe and Africa.
At sunset, from this viewpoint and from other places in Conil, you can witness an unforgettable sunset. As the spectacular colors of the twilight fade, the beams of light from the lighthouses of Trafalgar, Roche, and Tangier - Cape Spartel on the other side of the Strait appear on the horizon, turning the moment into a luminous embrace between the two shores, a unique experience, full of beauty and emotion.
ACTIVITIES
In Conil and its surroundings, you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities, from hiking, cycling, or horseback riding along its countless routes, to all types of water sports; in the water such as swimming; on the water such as sailing, motor boating, water skiing, surfing in its various forms; and underwater such as diving.
Conil is also an artisan town, where Cadiz pottery has developed, showcasing the artistic creativity of new ceramists, and where vegetable fiber crafts, wicker, esparto, and rush have been worked since time immemorial. Typical local products available for purchase include canned tuna and almadraba bonito, mackerel, octopus, almadraba tuna roe, cured fish such as mojama and tuna roe, products derived from beekeeping, such as honey and pollen, etc., or the delicious pine nuts from the surrounding area. You can also find excellent virgin olive oils, wines from various parts of the province, and exquisite cheeses.
From Conil, and with only a few kilometers to travel, you can visit natural spaces of great ecological value such as the Sierra de Grazalema and Alcornocales Natural Parks, Breña Natural Park, Barbate Marshes, or Bahia de Cadiz Natural Park. Another option to enjoy the outdoors and tranquility is to take the Route of the White Villages, having the opportunity to admire the beautiful sight of their immaculate houses.
Conil has become a top tourist destination, thanks to its charm, its diverse natural surroundings between beaches, pine forests, and cliffs, and its gastronomy, which combines products from the sea and the garden, exquisite pork products, and delicious Retinto beef, all complemented by the increasingly popular wines from the Tierra de Cádiz, served in the numerous high-quality gastronomic establishments found in Conil and its surroundings.
Monumental cities with rich heritage are also within easy reach for tourists due to the good existing communications. Cadiz, the provincial capital, with its interesting and charming old town surrounded by the sea; Jerez, the birthplace of the Carthusian horse and excellent wines, are only 30 minutes away; Seville, only an hour and a quarter away, while Ronda can be reached in an hour and a half.
HOW TO GET AROUND AND ARRIVE
The area is well connected by public transport, from local services to regional and metropolitan transport via buses. There is also a good fleet of auto taxis.
Within the villa, two vehicles can be parked, and another two in front of the property's access gate, as this land is part of the plot.
The closest airports to Conil are Jerez de la Frontera at 60 km, Gibraltar at about 80 km, and Seville at 140 km. From all of them, you can reach Conil in approximately 40 to 75 minutes by motorway.
From the airport to Conil, simply follow the motorway signs. Once in the town, take the Carretera del Puerto or Muelle road until kilometer 2.8, where you will find Venta del Cabo Roche. From there, the villa is about 300 meters away. Follow this road, perpendicular to the one you were on, until you reach Carril de Pila Hito, which it crosses, and which borders the forest. Turn right, and about 30 meters after that, you will find the villa "El Castillo" on the corner, followed by villa "El Molino," and the next one is our destination, "La Hacienda Campo de Borja."
